Installed new remote control, monitoring, and SCADA communication equipment. Integrated systems to monitor upstream, interstage, and downstream pressures, gas flows, filter pressure differential, and enable remote shut-in/isolation of individual regulation runs.

Replaced an existing 20" mainline valve and automated it with remote shut-off capabilities. Designed and executed retrofit In-Line Inspection (ILI) launch and receive points within a high-density traffic corridor, coordinating a multi-phase traffic control plan in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Removed existing control cabinets and associated components. Installed a new Linebreak panel, pressure transducer, Westlock position switch, remote communication hardware, and a Qnergy unit for autonomous power.

Performed hydrostatic testing on approximately 15 miles of 22" transmission pipeline between Ventura and Thousand Oaks, CA. Coordinated work across High Consequence Areas (HCAs), including public parks, Caltrans roadways, golf courses, and mountainous terrain with significant elevation changes.
